You humans know that I am not a fond lover of sand land, that great big litter box, the Middle East. I am also not fond of those that come here and think they can still abide to what is acceptable there in the USA. 

Noor Almaleki, he is the topic today for this little kitty to meow about. Click HERE to see the show and learn of what this human did.

Almaleki, who is a Muslim feels he should not abide by the laws of the USA and killed his daughter since she would not agree to an arranged marriage. 

He could have served 17 to 45 years in prison, but got 34 years and is only 50 years old. Of the 34 years, ONLY 16 years was for the second degree murder, the rest was for assaulting her boy friend (with the car) and leaving the scene of the accident.

Judge Steinle sentenced Almaleki to 16 years on the second degree murder charge to be served consecutively with a 15 year sentence on the aggravated assault charge and two concurrent 3 ½ year terms on each of the counts of leaving the scene of the accident.

34 years is hardly a life sentence with today’s first class health care in the prison system. Almaleki is yet another leach upon American society. 

This is the press release, which provides the information as to the sentence, but this kitty wants to know why was he only convicted of 2^nd degree murder? Apparently because his daughter survived two weeks! I am no judge, but this murder was premeditated and as far as this kitty is concerned Almaeki should get the big needle and meet his 72 gay virgins in paradise.

In America at least, cop killers, child molesters and those that abuse woman are not on list of the most favored inmates in that iron bar hotel you have a reservation in.
